Question:
For those who think USA vs The World would change anything, why do you feel that way? Most of the Euro players don’t care about the All Star game, and I don’t think this format would change anything. This isn’t the Olympics where something is on the line.
Also, why are people pointing fingers at guys like KD and LeBron? They have always showed up in these games. I blame these young stars for sullying the ASG with their constant 3pt shooting and general lack of effort. I think that comes from that AAU culture. They’re all stars by stats (and record) but not by game. A lot of these dudes didn’t grow up playing in the streets either. Culturally, basketball has shifted because of how these dudes grew up. Definitely Booker complaining about being doubled in a pickup game was a prime example of that.
No way that’s true. If so, that’s overkill and he’s taking that “present father” way too serious. Tatum has been cringe to me since his celebrations when they won the chip.
