Yep. The economy collapsing due to record inflation and crushing debt. Is what's gonna really set things off.

And the powers at be have a willing patsy in Biden to take the blame. Because everyone knows his brain is mush.

Ain't no telling how bad things will get. Since nobody is really in charge of the Executive Branch with Biden being mentally unfit.

The president doesn't control the economy, dummy. :skip:

90% of what happens with the economy is outside of any one person's control. And for the things that can be controlled, the Chair of the Federal Reserve (and their other staff), the head of the Treasury Department, and the Senate/House all have more responsibility than the President does. Unless you're expecting Biden to randomly fire his major appointees or veto bills coming out of Congress, then what fukking economic problem do you think he will cause? He could sleep for 20 hours a day and he's not going to negative impact the economy so long as he's still signing off on the papers that come to his desk.

This is the result of years of treating democrats like celebrities and heroes and bussy popping for every egregious fringe issue they brought up.

No one else to blame but themselves

Democrats don't really have any economic plans that will solve anything. Because that would leave them with nothing to run on. That's why they don't do anything even with having a super majority.

Democrats were in power 1933-1952, 1961-1968, 1977-1980, 1993-2000, 2009-2016, and 2021-2024. Generally speaking, the economy stayed booming during all of those times, though inflation (due in part to consumer growth combined with oil shortages) was an issue in the late 1970s and early 2020s. For a right-wing capitalist like yourself, those were the golden eras.

Republicans, on the other hand, were in power in 1929, 1953, 1957, 1960, 1969, 1973, 1981, 1990, 2001, 2007, and 2020. You know what's significant about those years? I just named the starting year of almost every economic recession in the last century. They damn near ALL came during Republican presidencies.

If you're a big fan of economic growth, then Democrats have a waaaay better track record on that front than Republicans do. Personally, I don't think that's the direction we need to go, but the main issue with Democrats is that they've been too good at keeping the status quo economy going, which is exactly what people like you act like they want.
