The more that comes out about her campaign, the more it seems like she became too overly cautious. And that led to her making a lot of awful decisions behind the scenes, as she deferred too much to advisors/the people she had in her ear. In the end, these missteps ended up alienating key constituencies. This was one of the areas where Biden got it right, and she would have been better off staying the course.
