I'm hoping my boy Josh Williams steps up and cements himself as CB2..he has occasional lapse in zone coverage but he's pretty at man defense because of his physicality

Yea he’s out for the season more than likely. If somebody else steps up this time, we probably losing Merritt the DB coach this time cuz bro been cooking for too long with low prospects at this point.
Yea his problem is getting cooked deep. I had faith in him and Watson competing once Duffman replaced Sneed, but Watson kinda left him in the dust. I thought Conner would be a candidate, but he looks like full time slot/safety. I’m holding out hope regardless.
I had my hopes on Diontae Johnson all along. I think that’s still on the table, but the cap might be hell. Based on how much it took just for this trade to finally come through, I think they gonna stay internal. fukk around and elevate a PS WR

yep, you're spot on...short to intermediate routes he has no issues...it's those random long bombs that probably have the coaching team worried. It's now or never for him to show and prove. He has the talent.

Watson could be back for the playoffs. Hopefully he has TO, Adrian Peterson healing abilities.
