I think this years all star game was basically for the G-League stars more then the star players themselves.

I think this years all star game was basically for the G-League stars more then the star players themselves.

Glad they including G-league guys. You never know, it may become like the farming system in baseball where they have a bunch of talent they groom and cultivate and are able to send guys up from the minors to the majors. I'm sure they have to have some talented guys who deserve a major spot on an NBA team that are in the g league right now, maybe even a potential superstar or two who are overlooked. At least that should be the idea imo.

Yea I think it’s gonna be the norm going forward. A lot of newer players are emerging, might as well get them shine cause eventually they will be running the league very soon.
