but then we'll watch it and be like 'nope that was good' :heh:

on the flip side:

The English Patient’ (1996)

Total Oscar Nominations: 12

Wins: 9

when was the last time you watched that shyt?

how about this:

Chicago (2002) - 13 (won 6)
La La Land (2016) - 14 (won 6)
The Shape of Water (2017) - 13 (won 4)

EEAAO is WAY better than those 3
I only got through the first 15 minutes of La La Land. And I’ve enjoyed musicals. Chicago, Moulin Rouge, Phantom Of The Opera, all good. But this was a hard watch. And unfortunately, so was Cats. Cats was so bad, I walked out.

It’ll be a shame if All Quiet on the Western Front doesn’t win Best Picture.

I still say Everything Everywhere All at Once was some overrated crap.

Brendan Fraser should win Best Actor.
If not Fraser, I would say Colin Farrell. But Colin doesn’t stand out as much because Brendan Gleeson was pretty much as good.

:wow:
