Don’t understand how an ankle injury from 2014 that correa never had to have an mri/injured since he been in the majors causes him to miss out on 115-150 million dollars

From what I've seen, nobody is concerned about him for the first 5 or 6 years. It's after that where all these doctors have concern. That's why both the Mets and Twins were going to guarantee 6 years and after that is all incentives based on playing time. Maybe they think he is prone to arthritis in that leg as he gets older or maybe the plate that was inserted might breakdown

Though they didn't get either of the two long ass deals signed, do you think Correa and Boras are still laughing n shyt like - "Hahaha...we almost did it. Ah well, it was fun and worth a shot".
:pachaha:

$200M over 6 is great either way. :hubie:

Correa was a c*nt hair away from $150 million more than that 200. I'm sure that's not funny.

since the Giants were the 1st to see the injury , you gotta think that whatever the 2014 was he somehow reaggravated it this past season with the Twins. its something to do with the 14" injury but it didnt come up on the Twins previous mri. so to guess at some point i guess he did some damage to that original injury
