I don’t know what the luxury tax looking like but the white Sox should be in on judge, shock everybody and really make a splash

This is fantastic value for the Astros.

You already have 2 power lefties who don't strike out a lot in Alvarez and Tucker.
And now they are adding a power righty who doesn't strike out a lot and gets on base.

The only concern I have with Abreu is that he began hitting more ground balls than I'd prefer. It's something worth monitoring. But if Abreu can level that off a bit...the Astros could be looking at a high .800s OPS bat right here.

If nothing else, it takes some of the pressure off Bregman.
Altuve probably declines in 2023 (maybe considerably), but the emergence of Jeremy Pena and Jose Abreu keeps the Astros lineup very dangerous.
