Actually I'm very surprised they made these moves today and didn't wait a couple weeks; their non-competes end on September 1st and AEW All Out PPV happens to fall on September 5th. They're having the women's Casino Battle Royal during that event so I guess we know that Ruby Riott will be the joker card.
