I will still maintain that the only reason that K-Love is on this roster is because Pop is interested in him with SA and and wanted to see if he could still be a viable player. Other than that, there's no plausible explanation as to why he is on this roster at this point in his career.

Other bigs in the player pool besides the ones on the team and AD were: Jarrett Allen, Andre Drummond, Blake Griffin, Montrezl Harrell, Dwight Howard, DeAndre Jordan, Brook Lopez, JaVale McGee, Mason Plumlee, Julius Randle, Mitchell Robinson, Myles Turner, Zion Williamson, Christian Wood

Now as far as how far they went on the list before getting to Love, idk. But Randle, Wood, Turner, Zion & Allen all would have been better options
