Its not that. Igbo parents are more open to their kids being something other than atypical “lawyer, doctor, engineer.” My parents as Yorubas were deemed “different” for allowing me to pursue athletics the way I did. Has zero to do with genetics. I find igbos are just more open than other groups. Theres a young girl I saw come up through college as an artist and just opened an exhibit in NYC. Her parents were so supportive. Yoruba parents would have torn her down trying to pursue an art degree

Just as a fan it’s been great to see ref baiting not be rewarded constantly. Yeah they’ve missed some calls but man it’s good seeing physical defense being played.

This is why you can't compare the current era to past eras

It's easier to score now than ever b4 in the NBA so stats are super inflated. It really makes u think who can be good in any era and who is just benefitting from the no defense, no physicality era

I will still maintain that the only reason that K-Love is on this roster is because Pop is interested in him with SA and and wanted to see if he could still be a viable player. Other than that, there's no plausible explanation as to why he is on this roster at this point in his career.
