I haven't scanned through this thread to see if it has been touched on or not, but this NBA season has been one of the most mentally draining years in recent memory. Even despite how competitive these players are, there's still an element to where they would've naturally switched off the moment their respective seasons were over, to now where they have to regather themselves for a competition that isn't as highly regarded from their own perspective, in combination with not having enough time to reset.

This squad remind me of that 2000 USA team. A lot of the real stars aren’t playing for various reasons. Old coach trying to adapt to a more modern game. Lack of real two way players. Bad recipe.
