Talent isn't enough anymore. If you don't have a cohesive system and chemistry it's going to be rough for you.

Not to mention that excessively shooting 3s will always be a double edged sword that can bring more parity than advantages.

i.e. the talent gap between Fournier and Dame Lillard isn't that wide if all Dame is going to do is jack up 3s. There is no talent gap offensively between Booker and Batum if both guys are gonna just stand around for corner 3s.
