How much tho? Last season before FA. I know it wont be free.. but I dont know.. I just cant see it being that pricey.

The Mets gave up a top 10 prospect for a rental last year. They don't have the capital to do it this year. We'll see how creative they get. If Mauricio is traded, you need to get a player in return that has years of control.

I got a good feeling about Baty and Alvarez, I would be bummed If they were included in a trade. Anyone else I wouldn't be too upset. But still we need to get our farm system deeper especially in the pitching department. So despite how much of a contender we are I think the Mets should limit how much they give up. Sucks JD Davis and Dom haven't helped their value this year.
