It looks like former Colorado governor John Hickenlooper will be joining the race. also MJ Hegar met with Schumer about taking on Cornyn.

Schumer is having some difficulty convincing some of our top talent to run for senate - hickenlooper, beto, bullock in montana, ojeda, abrams, stein in NC....all would be the ideal candidates to run for senate in their states but all are either running for president or non-commital to running for senate.

The ones running in Trump states must think that he should gonna win them again and bring the Republican with him. Ticket splitting is hard
