i know biden is old and all that, and he grabbed some titties, but i think we're underrating his capability

remember how he sonned the fukk outta paul ryan in those debates? he would wipe the floor with trump. this is a guy that can calmly say look, this fukkin clown is not presidential, and those 4 or 5 states that the dems have to swing, would respond to that. all he has to do is talk about weed and he can energize the youth vote

looking at those polls....might not be a bad move :ehh:

Hillary lost the Midwest not only because she didn't go there but because of her support for trade deals and the crime bill. People do remember past positions. If you think it is just a personality contest you're mistaken.
:sas2: I disagree with you and think we should hash out our differences by seeing captain marvel together (coming soon to a theater near you) :troll:

Biden is so similar to Hillary without the decades of Republican exposure. Honestly anyone who voted for the Iraq War should be disqualified. But I'm still under the impression that any of these candidates can beat Trump but can they get turnout up to take back the Senate.

nah, people have hated hillary for decades. there was literally no other candidate that the right could have painted as the epitome of corruption and establishment politics like they did to her, especially coming off 8 years of angry white resentment after obama. and frankly i chalk up her popular vote victory to rejection of trump, of course people were gonna come out for her if that shythead was her oppononent. if she runs against a mitt romney?

anyway. im still hoping the voters vote for sherrod brown, but im getting the feeling that the primary is gonna elect the most popular dem but not the best person to beat trump. i guess well find out

^^^600 people isn't a lot, but them OG 55+ black folks will be in Biden's bag, they grew up with "touchy" uncles, that won't be an issue, and all that "his voting record" aint gonna mean shyt either. will be interesting to watch how the black vote breaks state by state and across age groups.

The field is crowded and disappointing. Beto will be convinced that taking Cruz's seat in the Senate is a bigger win for the party and his political career than running for President - which would be the right move. Biden is the potential big name if he throws his hat in but even still, everyone on the Dem side is essentially running with a lite version of Bernie's 2016 platform. He's going to remind everyone of this during the debates when he turns them into a showcase of his policies that the other candidates appear to be echoing.

Bernie being the front runner candidate is not a good look for the D's as R's have been programmed to associate 'socialism' with handouts and higher taxes, so an admitted socialist running on a D ticket is almost certainly not going to get a sizable swing from R's and Independents (disgruntled R's).

Stacy Abrams is the President we need but don't deserve at the moment, I hope she sits 2020 out and gets into the mix 2024.

To be honest, after seeing what happened with Gilliam, I think Abrams would lose out of sheer 'cism.

Basically every Dem has a positive rating with black people. Poll doesn’t mean shyt.
And they take us for granted not realizing different groups within the community want different things.
