Obama did put kids in cages @ the border and they did hit reset button on Russia, clowned Mitt Romney for calling them our number 1 geopolitical foe and explained to Russian leadership on a hot mic he would have more flexibility to help them after the 2012 election. Obama is way better than Trump in other aspects but the ones you names aren't it.

Well I stand corrected about kids in cages but if you read the article you’d see the kids were coming on their own.
