vp gives her federal experience, which is the same process many other vps have done. We just tried it in 16 with Tim Kaine

Historically the vp position has been given to multiple ppl without federal experience :francis:

she got cheated in Georgia.
Every VP, in modern times, going back to Richard Nixon under Dwight D. Eisenhower in the 1950s has had federal experience BEFORE becoming Vice President (except for Spiro Agnew but he was the Governor of Maryland & Baltimore County Executive beforehand).

Also, Tim Kaine has been a Senator for almost 7 years (3 years in 2016), he was chair of the DNC, former governor & lieutenant governor of Virginia, former mayor of Richmond.

Stacey doesn't even have close to those qualifications. Just stop it.

well I mean u can’t converse with somebody that cuts out 50% of the data points in order to prove their argument.

So I guess ur right :francis:

Stacey had more experience than trump did

Nobody cares about VP's before Nixon. Vice Presidents were largely unimportant for most of American history :mjlol:.

They still kind of are. VP's didn't even assume their modern responsibilities until Walter Mondale in 1977. Jimmy Carter wanted the VP position to be more than just a glorified "coffee boy" :mjlol:.

If that’s how u feel, why do u care if she’s qualified or not then?

Because the VP can potentially become the President, dummy :stopitslime:.

Also, like I said, the ONLY VP in the past 60 years to not have any federal experience at all was Spiro Agnew. Even with Agnew, he was a Governor and County Executive before becoming Veep.

precisely. We finally need a black progressive as the president, if we need to finesse our way in so be it.

there r bigger goals than caring what cacs would say about her experience.

Black progressive as vp, nothing besides that will be good enough. :unimpressed:

she’s the best one we got right now, if u have any other suggestions on candidates please provide them.

until then Stacy Abrams or bust. Nikkas ain’t holding down the south to get a handshake from Biden at the end of this process. He’s gotta pay up

Do u not want a black vp?
Of course but not Stacey, she's not qualified. Let her actually be in a high position. She seems like she wants to run again for Georgia Governor in 2022 and I would love for her to become Governor of Georgia.

Kamala Harris would be a better VP choice than Stacey.

Also, another good VP pick would be Hakeem Jeffries.

Kamala is not progressive. I’m cool with Hakeem.

I don't see Biden serving two terms. He's most likely going to not run for a second term. Stacy Abrams stands no chance at becoming President if she runs in 2024 as the VP. I also don't see how she wins Biden any states in the South that he can't win on his own.

I think Biden's going to play it safe and ask someone like Jay Inslee (Washington Governor since 2013, long time US House Member) to be his VP. Biden will most likely want someone with true experience and Inslee has it.

I remember there was talk of Sally Yates as a VP candidate. I'd rather have her as a Attorney General candidate.

I think his VP will be a white man.

So what is Kamala? She's definitely not a moderate.

Is it because of her prosecutorial background?

Yeah prosecutorial background and her husband.

I also don’t trust black politicians put iNto power by white people, without ever campaigning to a black base of any kind.

he may pick a white man.

But with as much black support as he’s got to give us something.

and currently like it or not, the black dems are pushing Stacey for Vp. :yeshrug:

it can change but until it does, I’ll be pushing Stacey too. :wow:
