I absolutely hate people who post non stop diatribes on twitter. My nikka, write a blog post and tweet out a link while giving your best hot take to get views/clicks and keep it movin :camby:

Yeah, we really didn't need all that. :skip:

And I can't really take any of that seriously when he's accusing Democratic voters of being "social elites" relative to the GOP. He sounds like somebody that thinks Trump won due to "economic anxiety".

Some of these folks should have ran in 2016 instead of trying to clear the field for Lincoln Chafee. Now their just kind of in the way.

i'm starting to like tulsi more and more for 2020

i really don't think trump would have the balls to try a lot of his tactics against her, because doing them against a younger woman would backfire BADLY. he'd be the old man saying :scusthov: shyt about a woman, which even the 53% can relate to. shes a veteran, she can run on that while he cant. she doesnt lose a single fukkin vote that hillary got, while probably gaining some

who knows :ehh:i mean lets be honest; harris, booker, pocahontas...i just dont see it

islam is awful, we wouldnt ruin our friendship over that :troll:

i think it's safe to say that a dem who wins in 2020 is gonna have to have enough right wing values that convinces trump voters to switch over. and on the flipside, how many clinton voters does tulsi gabbard lose :comeon: 100? 200? out of 65 million? :dead:

and for the record, couldnt we have made a "hillary clinton is not your friend" by going back over her career? no one knows shyt about tulsi habbard, she could easily redefine her image

Tulsi is a neocon, why else do you think she was considered for a Trump cabinet position.

She has a better shot as a Republican, but they already have her clone in Nikki Haley

Gabard isn’t a neocon. She’s generally anti-intervention. Her problem is that she’s cozy with Hindu fascists and refuses to criticize Assad. It’s possible to say our troops aren’t in Syria legally and also condemn a 50 year old regime.

Neocons are those Bush admin characters that lied, falsified intelligence and got us into Iraq. The Bolton’s, Pompeo, Haley folk are neocons. David Frum and BIll Kristol are neocons. Their fetish is war and more war in the name of American exceptionalism.

Another important thread

One of the best breakdowns of the current paradigm I've seen and reflects something I've entertained mentally for a bit. But it says it in a much more complete and thorough way.

Gabbard would be a good counter to Trump, rhetorically based on her stance on most issues.

However, her problem is popularity with Democrats. If she somehow made it through the primaries I geniunely worry about her ability to motivate democratic voters .

I'd love to vote for someone like her based on her stances on most issues, but I don't think I'm in the majority of democratic voters.

Based on a snap judgment on the way he handled himself at the Kavanaugh hearing, I think Booker has a real shot. He was intolerant to bullshyt and even leaked things he wasn't supposed to while basically saying, "pull up."

The problem for him is going to be his pattern of being vocal/outspoken on social issues like Kavanaugh & Sessions, and then turning around and aligning with big Pharma/Wall Street like when he voted against lowering drug prices

Liz Warren is better than him, but unfortunately has lesser chance of winning then him

"In January, Sanders’s team reviewed the potential field with him, lingering on the possibility of Warren and Biden entering the race. (An October CNN survey showed Biden 20 points ahead of Sanders across the country, though other polls show a smaller margin.) Sanders made clear that he was also wary of Booker, whom he regards as a potent messenger."
