The shooter having heard, and repeating rumors isn't quite that random. The interrogation was for an attempted mass shooting
that took place at a hotel in Miami, FL. He's repeating rumors about two area artists and a business mogul(Puffy) who likely owned property in that metro area.
People involved in the escort circle talk, and surely the stories of voyeur cuckold Puff and girlfriend floated around. Until they were basically confirmed by the quick settlement, they were just rumors. Other stuff he says in the video are rumors,
