10-11 percent body fat, I was that in 2016 until I injured both shouders. I am at 19 right now. My goal is to be at 11 percent in two-three months.

Train kickboxing and have an amateur fight. Start thursday. Do more plyometrics and yoga while still working out my full body 3 days a week. Also cleaning up my diet away from sugars and grease. Just overall be a healthy human being.

Actual meditate and write down my long and short term goals as well.

Getting a promotion at work so this year is starting of good!
