I eat fairly healthy. Basically simple stuff. Tuna fish, hard boiled eggs, chicken, nuts, protein bars. I try to avoid all of the processed crap out there. I have my good days and bad days though.

I'm a member of LA Fitness and there's one literally a minute from my place. I've gone more this month than I have any month since I've joined probably. Just need to figure out what the fukk I'm doing lol

I can't even go into a weight kids program. My weight goes up and down like a heart rate monitor. I'm automatically disqualified. :francis:

I've either hit a plateau or gotta take things to another level. I bounce around from a range of weights constantly. I think I was 185 on Tuesday and just earlier I was 181. I'm thinking it's my diet but I think I'll just have to eat less than I do. Not like I eat much anyways. It's like I burn off what I eat and keep on that rotation.

I wouldn't try and Focus on day to day weight tracking in general. Just based of your post your schedule and training is pretty variable so weigh-ins tend to be as well

This seems like a water weight thing..
