I had till today right? I would've been down to 205 but I keep resetting my diet. Just weighed in at 214.6

Following a ketogenic diet cause fat is cheaper than protein. I also enjoy how much clearer I can think and my energy stays the same throughout the day. Downside no more long runs and I can only lift 3 days a week. Still though it beats being miserable counting down the hours till my next meal.

@The ADD my man, I'll post first thing in the morning. Need to cop a scale tonight. I only weigh in the morning when to control for weight fluctuations during the day.

Yeah, it's always a bit of a struggle to get everyone up and going. Taking pics of the scale isn't normal.

Post up your starting weight from the log so it's official.

A lot of y'all are right around 200 :lupe:
