breakfast: 1.5 cup of kashi go lean crunch w/ 1 cup almond milk.

snack: 2 scoops whey protein w/water and banana

lunch: 6oz salmon and cup of steamed brocoli.

i'll have another snack around 3pm cst then dinner around 8pm. salmon and brocoli again.
