I think he'd fit well in Philly but Philly would have to fall to 3 or 4 to consider him.

Phoenix has a clusterfukk at PG which they won't add to
Boston has Thomas
Minnesota has Rubio
Denver has Mudiay
Toronto has Lowry
New Orleans has Holiday (this is only a possibility if they get sick of Holiday getting hurt)
Sacramento's a possibility if Rondo walks (very possible)
that leaves Milwaukee
that and 2017 will have a strong rookie class at PG, so Dunn better gear up for a strong tournament to get teams to reconsider.
I still think the upside/star potential on Dunn will make a team choose him high.
The only real downside on him is his shooting
