What do you guys think of Ingram?

if im a gm, i take ingram over simmons.

simmon's terrible shooting outside of the paint is worrisome to me.

this isn't me just saying this as a Duke fan either cause i'd rather ingram stayed another year than go pro and put on weight, but his skill-set is already very well-rounded outside of strength and he's on another level as a shooter compared to simmons. add in the fact that ingram just turned 18 in september and simmons is gonna be 20 in july and it's not really close. imagine what ingram would be doing if he was as old as simmons.

whenever ingram takes the next step and becomes more aggressive, dude is pretty much kevin durant jr IMO.

Top 15 (as of 12/21/15) for a weak 2016 NBA draft:
1. Ben Simmons
2. Brandon Ingram
3. Ivan Rabb
4. Kris Dunn
5. Dragan Bender
6. Jamal Murray
7. Tyler Davis
8. Deyonta Davis
9. Jakob Poeltl
10. Dedric Lawson
11. Chinanu Onuaku
12. Furkan Korkmaz
13. Jaylen Brown
14. Thomas Bryant
15. Denzel Valentine

This is pretty bad tbh.

I like him a lot as a fan but I get the feeling he doesn't have superstar "personality". Will be a very good player, especially when he puts on some muscle but will never quite live up to his potential. Kind of like Tim Thomas for 2016

come on man, don't compare him to tim thomas, cause tim thomas is well known as the player with all the talent but no fukking heart or love for the game whatsoever...there's nothing I've seen in ingram's game that suggests he ever come close to reaching tim's legendary "idontgiveafukkaboutbasketballjustthemoney" status...

Maybe too far, you're right about that. But Ingram seems like he will be content to spot up in the corner for 3s as opposed to using his incredible tools and really taking it to another level.

lol I remember when all the scouts said Wendell Carter and that PG were better :mjlol:

Only thing is I heard it's unlikely Ayton ever plays in college. But as far as 17 goes it's Ayton and Porter Jr at the top for me.

I'm a big Tyler and Deyonta fan. We will see if they decide to enter tho.

Jaylen Brown has a long way to go with his bball IQ, shooting consistently and defense. I'm not sold on him at all. Jarvis Hayes comes to mind

To be fair Carter (and also Trent Jr) is really good too. It's not the deepest class but the top 7 or so is really strong. Those 4 plus Troy Brown, Duval etc...
But after that I'm not really a huge fan of anyone. We will see some guys break out for sure once EYBL, UAA and Adidas start though.

Duval really needs to get a jumper but the tools are there. Hamidou Diallo is another intriguing prospect in that class.
