He is quick but he isn't John Wall/Westbrook quick.
He is as long and strong as those 2 but not quite as athletic.
So ya with defenders going under screens, he is going to have problems offensively unless he starts making jumpers more consistently. His form is inconsistent right now

Kris Dunn and john wall are the same people....both 6'4 with 6'9 wingspans. Kris Dunn finishes above the rim every chance he gets. He has been hurt the past 2 years so he hasn't had the chance to get shots up. Kris is going to be fine

So Josh Jackson is pretty much between Arizona and Mich St.

That Sparty class has a chance to be a monster.

I think Arizona will have some struggles in Pac 12 play, if Michigan State can survive these 2-3 weeks without Valentine, they'll prob win the Big 10 and get Jackson.
I'm sure he sees himself in Valentine's shoes as they have a somewhat similar style of play
Lot of the stuff izzo runs for Valentine would fit well with Jackson

My senior sleeper team:
Guys good enough for the next level but prob won't get drafted at all or get drafted in the 2nd round

C: AJ Hammons - should be a good rim protector at the least. One of 4th most dominant college defenders I've seen.

PF: Jameel Warney - because he plays for Stony Brook and everyone wants their 4s to shoot now. He gets overlooked sometimes but he can really play

SF:Jarrod Uthoff - excellent length allows him to be an effective defender. He is very efficient and maybe can even play some stretch 4 if he bulks up.

SG: Damion Lee - one of the best pure scorers in college ball, Pitino has really helped improve his D.

PG: Gary Payton Jr - another great defensive player, he cant shoot at all but is an NBA level athlete and his all around game is great

Inspired by Donovan Mitchell's terrific play today. Here are 5 slept on freshmen.

I would put Deyonte and Tyler Davis on this list but I already have them in my top 15 so even though they are a little bit slept on by the rest of the country (esp Tyler) I'm not gonna count them

So i got
Steve McElvene (Dayton) - a little old for a freshman but he is a legit 6'11 and can block shots and rebound. The true big Dayton desperately needed.

Marquese Chriss (Washington) - an athletic PF who should make an excellent duo with Fultz next year in the Pac 12

Jordon Varnado (Troy) - has NBA size and athletic ability his big brother Jarvis played in the NBA briefly. I don't know how the ACC missed him

Donovan Mitchell (Louisville) - at 6'3 he is a little undersized for the 2 and he isn't a true PG. But makes up for it with a huge wingspan, and unbelievable upper body strength. Has great bball iq as well. Once he gets a jumper, watch out.

Shake Milton (SMU) - Can play both 1 and 2, great decision making and excellent mid range pull up game. I've been a big fan since the 2014 EYBL. Once he gets more consistent with his range and puts on some muscle could become a lottery pick.

HM: Jacob Evans (Cincinnati) - him and Jarron Cumberland will be great next season. He can really score but needs to improve his playmaking ability and get all the way to the hoop more

How do you guys feel about diamond stone

Really talented offensive big, he'll get some of the same questions as Okafor, which will be can he defend & rebound at the next level. I don't see why he's projected to go so late in such a weak draft though, if that holds and he really does go outside the lottery then he'll be a steal for a team.

I really liked stone especially when he completely dominated the worls championships a few years back with newman but his first few months at Maryland were somewhat disappointing. We will see if that performance against Penn St is a turning point
