2014 Has Quietly Been a Postive Year For The "Horror" Genre

just watched the trailer, I guess they figured it's time to put the fear back into the Werewolf genre after what them p*ssy Twilight movies did to them... now all that's next is reviving the Vampire.

How do Yall find these movies I find them when I do a search of Amazon but it doesn't show up just by going to genre or new releases.

Watched "Starry Eyes" earlier.

shyt was aight. It has an original premise but towards the end of the movie it kinda fell apart. The first 20 minutes or so kinda reminded me of "May".

Thought it was dope as hell. Some people had issues with the supposed "tonal change" but it was pretty obvious to me shyt would go way dark in the end....the girl had serious mental problems.

I have to agree with this thread...even Horror/Thriller like The Guest was amazing. Also, Among the Living is another good horror film from France this year...not as good as Guest, Babadook, but still pretty effective...

Also, look out for "It Follows" at the beginning of next year...it screened at some festivals and got rave reviews...

I tried watching this, but the subs are gawd awful. I might need to wait until I get some that make a bit more sense. Made it ten minutes, before they started to annoy me.

Those ten minutes though...
