if the 4 team playoff was this year, the selection committee if anything gives a team like ohio state a better shot at getting into the final four over a one loss sec team. the bcs would absolutely put a one loss sec team with more quality wins over an undefeated ohio state team who's best win currently is over a wisconsin team ranked in one poll. how can you get screwed when you have no wins that can even come close to showing that youre a top 4 quality team. im just glad we're only one year away from a playoff so frauds like that have to prove themselves against a top 10 team before making it to the title game unlike in past years.

georgia has two losses to two unbeaten teams, two wins over teams that are ranked in the top 15. va tech lost to alabama by 25. va tech beat east carolina by 5 points, and went to triple ot with marshall. whats their best win? ga tech? uva? pitt?
"more quality wins" please explain the quality wins on georgia's jacket. A trash TN team? 3 pt win over lsu? At home? Giving up 3 tds to fukking north texas? Giving up FOUR TEE ONE TO fukkING MISSOURI AT Home?

Dont play that pathetic sec "who have you beat" "quality win" "unbeaten loss" gave of bias driven convenience.

Georgia has TWO losses. Va tech has one to the best team in america. Nothing moves the needle beyond that bullshyt. If you wanna play that game in your same argument why the fukk is aTm ranked over vatech? Who have they beat? Rice? They give up 40 to got damn everyone. They gave up 2 tds more to bama than vatech.

@The_Sheff @Rekkapryde I was thinking, yall need to go ahead and ditch Paul Johnson and hire Chad Morris from Clemson. Pay him what he wants. Yall get a good coach and get to watch Clemson go down in flames. Dabo is Chizik Jr.

Just look at these knuckleheads.

Johnson gets paid $2.6m. They can afford to give Chad Morris $2.5m. That's about what he's worth on the open market before bonuses.

How much is Johnson getting paid?
Not sure but at one point they were still paying Chan Gailey and Paul Hewitt. I have to think the cost to buy out Johnson and pay what Morris could command is going to be a problem.

Let's be reality also Morris ain't sitting around to go to GT.

The option is limiting gt from getting a quality qb

You'll forever be stuck with the Joshua nesbitts, tevin Washingtons of the world.

If Stanfordaand bandy and northwestern can recruit good nothing is stopping Georgia tech which has that Georgia pipeline to do the same

Stanford and Northwestern don't have teams like Clemson, Bama, UGA, S.carolina. Tennessee and auburn within their borders.

There's enough QB's in the South to run that system breh. They don't have to be Heisman-quality like Boyd to do it. Malzahn was setting Auburn offensive records with Chris Todd. Chris Todd couldn't throw a ball past 20 yards. Our QB now was a DB on your team. :heh:

calm down man, if you took a second to look at your own argument you'd see how silly it sounds. yes lsu is a quality win, yes sc is a quality win. that doesnt mean georgia is some unbeatable juggernaut, but right now they deserve to be ranked where they are.
a&m lost to bama by 7, va tech lost to them by 25. sure bama should have beaten a&m by more but it ended up getting close in the 4th quarter. a&m hasnt looked particularly impressive in their two conference wins, but you're glossing over va tech barely beating ecu and marshall.
dont talk about bias when youre incapable of being objective when it comes to anything sec.

I mean more overall recruiting. I think GT has missed the window to become a consistent power school in college football.

He was only because he wanted to get on the field quicker.

Both schools Recruit from all over
Plus your in a bcs comfernce you will always get 3 stars and sometimes 4.

Those school have a much wider range of majors to stick athletes in. The math requirements alone are :scusthov: for recruits.

Name a 3 star or 4 star on the team now? It's a self sustaining problem. They win AND lose games because of the system.
