SC doesn't consistently blowout alota Big6 FBS opponents, and have historically played down to lower ranked opponents. It's no surprise that Vandy got back in the game. But it must be tough to get them "up" for this next stretch of games.

They probably won't win the SEC east because Georgia is not losing twice, so it's all pride at this point, and keeping hope alive by winning. So the only thing they have to look forward to is Florida and Clemson for some shot at redemption.

But yeah, the defense leaves a lot to be desired.

We can still have the first 12 win season in school history. Thats what I'm hoping for at this point.
