I know it's easy to shyt on the decision after the fact, but you've got one of the best hitters in the league at the plate seeing a tiring Bumgarner for the 4th time tonight - while you've got one of the best righty relievers in the game MADE for spots like that just left standing in the 'pen

His HR last night was 'only' 432 feet. It looked way longer. I know it's only a very small number of games but Posey is hitting .500/.552/1.292 at Miller Park

When Burriss hustled for a double in the second inning, it was his first extra-base hit since June 28 of last season. He had gone 149 at-bats without a double, triple or home run – matching the San Francisco-era record for a non-pitcher set by Brett Butler in 1990. Now Burriss has a .208 average and a .218 slugging percentage.
