He was hired to control them. So on day one you have a bunch of rules and expectations, and if they aren't followed these are the consequences. Your either on board or your not, I'm not sure what is so difficult about that? The more time you wait to control them, the more your going to lose them.

Beckett played golf prior to declaring himself physically incapable of starting a game 2 days later. No consequences, unless you count the scrutiny from the media and fans a consequence. Couldn't believe that shyt.
