Houston is actually the best place for dwight to wait and sign

They'd have 6 or 6 quality role players, Toronto lottery pick and enough cap space to get 2 all stars with dwight

Once Houston amnesties Scola, Rockets will be able to absorb 2nd max deal next summer in addition to Howard now. Gives them chance for CP3.
