Teams actually want Boozer? :comeon:

i can believe some lottery teams trying to make the playoffs would have some interest in boozer. teams trying to find help for young guards like irving or wall or teams trying to unload players they are tired of in a lateral move.

look boozer is not a total scrub. he can still give you 20 on a good night. he just not built for a title run. he would be perfect on a team not making the playoffs. and dude not making max dollars.

we just need 3 things to happen and we set: booz gets dealt, we get great value for deng, and pick up KG :krs:

4th thing, find a way to get ray allen over here

likely we will pick up a pg with the MLE

come February:

rose/back up pg for MLE
ray allen/rip off the bench
deng/butler/korver for cheaper
kg/taj
noah/asik

john lucas/draft pick = :krs:

do u think :mjpls: has any interest? I mean his squad is under the cap, won't be signing any big name free agents and can use all the help they can get.

i think if mj can get a great player in the draft which is likely they may grab boozer to pair him with them to put a playoff team out there. or what they think will be a playoff team lol

washington, new jersey, toronto, maybe milwaukee would think that boozer would do well next to jennings and monta, plus no major free agent is signing there like you said, so there are some takers, we not getting a all star for him likely a bum we can put behind taj, im just hoping we get a draft pick with the bum.

Boozer gets $15 mil in '13, $15.3 in '14 and $16.8 in '15. A bad team isn't gonna funnel that kind of money into a player that's not gonna get them that far.

Thomas Robinson is a more attractive option for teams like that because they can just draft and develop. He'd get you really good production for about a third of what Boozer makes. Brooklyn wouldn't do it because Boozer's not attracting anyone to go watch him. Toronto's got a shyt ton of PF's and Milwaukee and Washington already have albatrosses on cheaper deals. Not point in making it worse by taking Boozer.

A little bit early here but have some more news on the Bobcats deal. Basically he is confident talks have happened.

Bobcats would be getting the Bobcats Pick back and a pick in this draft and sending the #2 out. Still waiting for more information.

Have now had 3 sources say Doron Lamb is our most likely pick at #29 if he is there and nobody else drops. Can this guy play both G spots because that is what I'm hearing?
Couple more things to add to that (some were his opinions based on what he heard):

- The Bobcats are the ones wanting their pick back.
- There is a 3rd team involved here.
- Bobcats don't want Deng.
- He says Bobcats want a pick between as high #4 to as low as #11.

1. bad teams take on bad contracts all the time especially when it comes to a bad team that feels they are on the brink of the playoffs. and again, boozer is not a bum, he just not built for the title run. taking on those type of contracts is what some teams are left with in order to stay competitive. especially teams in markets superstars are not willing to move to.

2. everything in your 2nd post is all opinion you know nothing to the fact on any of it. i also tend to trust bulls insiders a bit more than random dudes just posting on some websites, no offense of course.
