We need a superstar. Not these almost good nikkas man.
bayless is a confidence base builder starting pg,...for a year.
till rose comes back healthy the season after.
after a year of no mental shackle of a superstar on the bulls in rose's year out on ir.
when rose comes back.
you have an agreeing bayless as your back up and you have an actualized starter in lee as the sg.
with a year of no superstar shackles culture wise as a ballclub,s as well.
it would work And allow the bulls to be interchangeable as a unit bench wise.
where now,..you got a sub rose like guy in bayless.
with starter minutes for a season under his belt. now as your backup,.......for a returning rose.
if bayless and lee buy into thib's culture.
when rose comes back you still have two players with high pedigree who are capable of contributing offensively.
lee is already a steal at sg and can already back up as pg as well. plus has finals experiemce as an effective rookie contributor.
imo,..lee could be exactly what james harden gives to okc, but as a starter.
if given reliable minutes on an of sized and high quality roster with coaching pedigree.
he is already a proven post season player,..he just got caught up in orlando and then houston's errant roster moves and mismanagement.
also,...lee is a proven collegiate scorer of the same pedigree as harden to kelvin martin as well. with argueably higher fg%.
if we cite last season's numbers.
i think both bayless and especially lee are the bulls missing pieces to a championship.
once rose returns in the season after next.
this next season should be used like boston's kg absent post season was for boston.
to solidify the winning competitive boston culture after facing adversity.
