Disgusting. I'm against the death penalty off GP, but if a member of the kid's family killed dude and I was on the jury I'd do everything I could to stop said family member from getting convicted for it.
Breh i can't remember feeling this type of rage for a news storyYall don't understand...
I really want to kill this nikka
This is a more recent study (2010) with a larger sample (9,086 women and 7,421 men)
It addresses both sexual violence and stalking, and contains a lot of detail about the study.
The methodology is similar; that is interviews were conducted either by cell phone or landline.
It includes a much greater number of questions, these can be found in appendix C.
With regards to rape: 18.3% of the women reported being raped (includes attempted as well as completed) at some point in their lifes,
of these about 40% happened before the age of 18. This reflects 7% which differs quite considerably from the 15% in the 1985 study.
1 in 71 men (1.4%) of the men reported being raped (includes attempted as well as completed) at some point in their lifes,
of these about 25% happened before the age of 10. This reflects 0.35% and if we allow 75% to have occurred before the age of 18 (actual figures are not given) it only rises to 1%, wildly different from the 10% of the 1985 study.
Figures for other kinds of sexual abuse are also given and are of course higher, however they're not arranged by age. These figures seem more plausible and even then they're incredibly high when it pertain to girls.
I was looking for thisfor what specifically?
real shame considering this is probably the most important piece of information for our conversation.Figures for other kinds of sexual abuse are also given and are of course higher, however they're not arranged by age.
Of course, and yes, if it happens between two 16 year olds it is sexual abuse(child-on-child sexual abuse). Is this sexual abuse? If it happens between two 16 year old, is it sexual abuse?
It's certainly possible but it doesn't seem likely.Do you see the possibility for such loose and even trivial parameters to skew the results.
Good questionsAnd the Non-contact unwanted sexual experiences while they have some undeniable abuse also include: harassed you while you were in a public place in a way that made you feel unsafe?
Again, there's harassment and there's harassment. Feel unsafe is what? feel uncomfortable? Again, this is non-physical behavior. Roughly 33 and 13 percent of cases in women and men.
The stats you posted. What checks out?
okayWhen I responded to that poster, I meant that those numbers could not reflect the reality in regards to concrete physical abuse of children; touching, fondling, kissing, penetration, and even indecent exposure to sexual act.
