I don’t fully understand the citizens arrest plus gun laws (I live in nyc )

I can be walking down the street..2 random citizens with guns Drawn ahead of me can point a gun at me and say I’m under arrest..if I try to get away in fear of my life Because 1) they aren’t cops and 2) I didn’t do anything.., they shoot me..and They can then chalk it up to “he looked suspicious”

is that what the law says basically?

Or do I have to be in the actual act of committing a robbery carrying a tv on my shoulder or some shyt to be “arrested”?

Within those type of laws, they have to witness u commit a crime with like 100 percent certainty for them to justifiably attempt to arrest u. Those cacs are definitely losing on that one.

The issue with this one is probably Georgia's stand your ground laws. The issue at trial if it gets that far is if the cac father was in reasonable fear that ahmaud was going to kill his son during that struggle and if so, he was justified in taking his life to save his son.
