I don't understand the logic in wanting Lebron to skip the next game. The game against Brooklyn will be a non-travel non back to back game... As for Lebron being listed as "questionable". That's just to plant a seed for when he really needs load management.

LA has a real shot at overtaking Milwaukee for the #1 overall seed. Having a decisive game 7 at home would be huge. Not because I don't think LA can win a road gm 7, but because I think Giannis/Milwaukee would fold under the pressure.

Gm 7 in Milwaukee - 50/50...Even
Gm 7 in Los Angeles - 90/10...Lakers
Lakers don’t need Lebron to beat the Nets. This maybe a trap game but unlikely.

We might not even get 1st overall because of division and conferences..

We might, we might not. But there are 3 things in our favor:

1. We have great momentum.
2. We have an easier remaining schedule than Milwaukee.
3. The Bucks are going to be very cautious with Giannis.

I think It's a bit premature to give Lebron the Kawhi-like load management treatment with 20 games left in the season. Especially when we're only 1 gm back in the loss column.

Last 12 gms:
Bucks: 7-5
Lakers: 11-1
