168 is a very weak division, and you are not going to sell these guys as opponents worthy to fight the “face of boxing.”

I’ll give you Saunders, which would have been more interesting years ago. Canelo is going to beat the breaks off Saunders & Plant. He may even stop them, which indicates just how poor the division is.

Let’s just be real here. Do you really believe these are entertaining matchups? Put the Stan shyt aside

Canelo is a great boxer, who is potentially in his prime right now.

As a sports fan, of course I'm excited to watch a great athlete perform at their peak. In the same way I would get excited to watch Barry Bonds, or Lebron James play, I get excited to watch Canelo fight.

As a boxing fan, yes I'm excited for these matchups. Against Saunders, Canelo is fighting a two division, undefeated world champion, and against Plant, he faces an undefeated world champion. Beating both would make him undisputed, which, regardless of what people like to say on here, is not an easy task in boxing. It's a notable achievement that few accomplish, and it's absolutely something that will compel me to watch Canelo fight.

Lol..Sergay is 100% washed..nobody asked for that silly fight. Barely beat jacobs. Smith lost to Ryder..do that fight was always a huge lie.

I'm quoting you below:

Lmao. Sure yet he refuses to fight Andrade, Charlo, Billy Joe Saunders, and Callum Smith. Very feared:laugh:

Canelo has beaten Smith, and is on track to fight Saunders next. That's 2/4 from the list of fighters you claimed Canelo refuses to fight.

I mean they’re both Undefeated , legitimate Champions in the division Canelo’s is trying to unify. Sure, Canelo will and should be the heavy favorite in both fights and Plant as well as BJS(Benavidez too) have their glaring flaws ...but how can you fault a man for his level of opposition in his quest to be an undisputed Champion in a division he’s fighting in? He already took a Zero and a belt off what many thought was the cream of the crop at 168 in Callum Smith. And made it look fairly easy, and some dudes will blame the short camp.. but won’t admit that Smith could have had a 6 month notice of then fight and the result wouldn’t have been much different

Logically, Who else is there to fight in the weight class he’s currently campaigning at? If he becomes undisputed and takes 3 Zero’s in the process, I’m sure he’ll somehow still get criticized.. but this day and age, any sensible boxing fan should acknowledge being the first fighter in history to Unify a division is quite a feat, should he get past BJS and Plant or Benavidez :yeshrug:

At this point i look at shyt like Canelo does, his detractors will never be happy. Let them hate, who cares :yeshrug:. Anyone without bias knows we are watching a HOF career right now.

Canelo is younger than all these guys they bring up w 10x the resume. If they held these nikkas to the same standard they do Nelo maybe they would have all fought each other instead of bum hunting and waiting for a payday:picard:

Canelo is about to have his 3rd fight in how many months? When way the last time Charlo fought? The time before that? Andrade :mjlol:?

Last time they fought a top guy? In boo boo case will he ever? But ya crying about a mandatory :dead:

For the most part, It’s the best fights that can be made in the division , so yeah it has a chance to be entertaining. I mean you’re playing the devils advocate here , but we all knew what was gonna happen Tonight and watched the shyt cause.. he is pretty much the “Face of Boxing”.

You, me as well as everyone that posted in this thread and watched this bullshyt, is going to watch that Saunders fight as well as a Canelo/Plant or Benavidez fight... and I’m sure no one wants to tune in to a boxing card expecting or hoping it’s boring :unimpressed:

Cool..after they had bad performances. I pointed that out too...his pattern. You forgot to insert that as well. Smith wasn't really undefeated..he lost his last fight..just like Canelo lost to GGG in 2017.

Of course he'll be criticized..he fought Yildrim but wanted ZERO PARTS of Benavidez when he was champion.

He fought Smith after Ryder should of been given those belts the fight before. If he beats Saunders and Plant, those are quality wins because Saunders pops up when the competition is harder...plant has always seemed crisp. But canelo isn't walking down Benavidez like he did Callum Smith and all his stans know that. He damn sure can't treat Andrade like he does Rocky Felding..lol.

I'm not gonna excuse Andrade's fukk ups from a business standpoint but at what point will someone give him a shot to even show if he's worthy? Once he shows the first sign of aging, someone will give him a shot, he'll get KTFO and the idiots will say "he wasn't never that good anyway!"
