Tyson's idol is Ali, if he wants to get to that kind of status (not saying he will ever be that) but if he wants to emulate him in some regard he has to come out on top with his battle with Wilder over the 3 fights, Ali beat every man he faced, avenged all his losses apart from the last 2 fights when he clearly had Parkinson's setting in and was fully gone, even before that he had serious visible issues and was rapidly declining, but prime Ali beat every man he faced and faced top top elite level competition. Fury hasn't fought competition anywhere near as good but if he can beat Wilder, AJ and some others he'll firmly cement his place as 1 of the greats.

Lol I do think he intimidated some of them, I personally don't find him intimidating but he is convincing at times lol. He had me thinking maybe Tyson can get the knockout lol. Still think the fight can go either way but he made me think it's more possible because there's actually logic behind some of what he said not just conviction.

yep talking about if lennox, evander, riddikk,or mike tyson had fought fury after the lay off they would have knocked fury out so he doesnt give props to deontay wilder.

other things saying he was out of shape pudgy and gassed lol, but he does bring some true points.

im still thinking wilder 6th round knock out, but im no longer betting on it. i cant justify myself betting thought i could but its just not me.

That part I agree with for sure, those historical great heavyweights would have easily beat Fury that night because he was probably about 50/60 percent, a number of them would have knocked him out I believe also. Wilder has power but at that time he didn't really have the pedigree and skill to deal with Tyson, he lost that fight clearly and cleanly. Wilder recently said when he retires he will go down as the greatest heavyweight in history, I don't even think that's possible because he's spent too long fighting weak competition, he's wasted over 40 fights in a sense and he ducked Wlad and Vitali, if he'd actually gone and beaten them and then beaten the next generation such as Fury, AJ, Usyk, Whyte and even up and comers like Dubois etc then maybe he could have been legit in that conversation but he lost to Fury once at 50/60 percent and also ducked Wlad and Viatli which he can never get that back. So if he does brilliantly from now he could go down as a great and as a memorable heavyweight but he'll never be able to eclipse Wlad and Vitali really because he refused to fight them.

This upcoming fight is more tactics, has Fury chosen to be heavier and more aggressive, is that the right move? We'll soon find out. But Wilder can't help that so if he wins he deserves props cause would be unfair to deny him that because of something that is out of his control. If he wins would be 1-1 so would make the 3rd fight very interesting then.

Yeah, I don't really think it's a fight to bet any decent amount of money on because it's all too risky, a fight I'd like to personally bet on depending what the odds are are Usyk vs Chisora cause I favour Usyk in that 1, but this 1 has far too many things you can't predict to be confident.

Yeah Tyson was out of shape then for sure and he did tire, he'd spent a lot of time on huge weight loss so he was weak rather than training and strengthening himself. Over that whole period he lost a huge amount of weight, maybe 10 stone. That picture with Ricky Hatton shows how huge he got, I think at 1 point he was 28 or 29 stone.

Manny Pacquiao knows a thing or two about hard punching — he’s the only former flyweight champion to win a title at super welterweight — and it’s that reason that he’s picking Deontay Wilder to defeat Tyson Fury when they meet for the WBC and lineal heavyweight titles on Feb. 22 in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao, the Filipino Senator who has won world titles in a record eight weight classes, told Yahoo Sports in a brief telephone interview Tuesday from his home in General Santos City in the Philippines that he admires Wilder’s style.

“I like Wilder because of that power and he is always looking to get the knockout,” said Pacquiao, whose WBA welterweight title-winning effort on July 20 against Keith Thurman improved his record to 62-7-2. “Wilder makes exciting fights. He gives the people a good fight all the time. He reminds me of [former undisputed heavyweight champion] Mike Tyson because when he hits people [they go out].”

Wilder, the WBC champion, is a minus 125 favorite over Fury at the MGM Grand Sports Book. Wilder by KO is plus 140 while Wilder by decision is plus 700. Fury by decision is plus 150 while Fury by KO is plus 550.

Fury is probably the best pure boxer in the heavyweight division, but Pacquiao doesn’t see it making much of a difference.

“In boxing, it’s an advantage if you are a good boxer, but when you have a strong opponent like Wilder, it can change your style,” Pacquiao said. “It changes your focus because you have to worry about that power. Strength is a big factor.”

We don't know how the fight will go but 1 thing I'd say for sure is Sugar Hill is a lot more mature than Ben, he's man not a boy like how Ben sometimes came across as and while he rates Tyson highly it's more realistic and less stannish, I feel that's a positive overall for him.
