I think he deserves a lot of credit for pushing agendas that the DNC was too p*ssy to push...they wanted to play it safe with HRC. You take his anti-corporate views with Hillary's willingness to at least acknowledge/cater to black people and you have a candidate who wins against Trump. The DNC still haven't figured it out though

This is a nationwide phenomenon.

Old white guys representing majority minority districts/wards etc. is a thing of the past. In Chicago a bunch of young latinos have been knocking off old school Dems in their areas.

This. The people who elected these guys originally moved out years ago, I bet within next 2-3 cycles, most if not all of them will get knocked off in the primary or simply retire
