Breh how many congressional district run through Frenso?

I swear I just looked up 3 districts that said they served different parts of fresno.

How fukking big is Fresno :dahell:

It's a decent size. Area has a million people. About 500 to 550k in Fresno. This area is gerrymandered. They split our vote to favor Republicans. I live in the democrat region. Fresno is mostly democrat.

Now this makes sense. All this time I thought of Fresno as a medium sized town with around 200-300k, including the surrounding counties.

I figured gerrymandering had occurred when just viewing maps of the congressional districts. Theres an inherent pattern, various small hick towns linked with different slices of Fresno.

Once again this isnt a good look for @DEAD7 :russ:

We're like the 5th largest city in California.

cali is pretty gerrymandered
Just realizing I live in a bubble. I mean outside of LA and the bay it's easy to write off other segments of the state.

Guess I'm learning a lot this election cycle. For the most part SoCal districts are drawn out fairly, so i figured the rest of the state was.

If you look at the image below carefully focus in on how gerrymandered Bakersfield, Sacramento and Fresno are. Absolute fukkery at it's finest surrounding these cities in the middle of nowhere

A lot of people up and down the valley. Then on the left and right are farmers and rural areas. But district 22 is cut out perfectly for that big piece of shyt Nunes. They’re all drawn in favor of Republicans. We don’t even have a major interstate running through here. The largest city in the US that doesn’t have a major interstate. The freeway we do have is always busy and connects 3 big cities. It’s not like driving in the Midwest. We have good size cities up and down the freeway. These shytty Republican c*nts hold us back but it’s all changing. People are getting out and no longer accepting this bull shyt.
