Pond scum.
Now this makes sense. All this time I thought of Fresno as a medium sized town with around 200-300k, including the surrounding counties.
I figured gerrymandering had occurred when just viewing maps of the congressional districts. Theres an inherent pattern, various small hick towns linked with different slices of Fresno.
Once again this isnt a good look for @DEAD7
Dems might want to talk to MT groups to find out what they did right this midterms to bring out all voters
