FixedNew York and LA nikkas in their slave quarters looking at this shyt like
Houston doesn't have 1/4 of the things of San Diego. San Diego is a real city while Houston is a gigantic suburb. All things considered, San Diego is a better value if someone can afford it.
Not bad. Only downside is you have to live in racist-ass TX.
Man said NOYes you are underpopulated
How many people live in NY - metro area 20 mil
How many people live in Houston metro area 7 mil
NY Metropolitan area is 13,313 sq miles
Houston Metropolitan area is 10,062 sq miles
Houstons metropolitan city is empty especially the suburbs.
Also the number is why the city feels dry
I’m saying this as someone who lives here from Miami / Dade County Fl
NY and Houston are both overpopulated...NY is just more overpopulated.
That’s how I feel about these vids. Yeah some of these apartments are nice. But you still got people on the other side of the wall and above/below you.1700 for an APT
I'll co-sign this. My people from the Channelview/Baytown area. It's too many CACs there. LOL. Definitely overpopulated. Only good thing churning over that way is Northshore HS Football. This city is far from empty breh, and what purpose does using NYC, and even more over populated city as a barometer serve. What area of Houston are your in? The suburbs stretch 45min-1hr outside of Houston how can you claim they are empty. Katy/Fulshear, Pearland/Rosharon, Channelview/Baytown, Humble/Atascocita, League City/Friendswood etc are all far from empty.
do you say this while you're stuck on I-10 at 6:40pm?
Don't you mean 59?!
You got it, breh!We gon overlook that 45 to 610 intersect?
Heading south from Spring?
Y'all got me re-living trauma
That’s going a bit too far. Houston has tons of things. The problem is that it’s spread out and it’s not walkable. That’s far more of why it’s a giant suburb vs a “real city”. But this is exactly why I would rather deal with Houston inside the loop. The rest of the city outside of this will always remain suburban. At least the inner loop has the potential to pull it off.Houston doesn't have 1/4 of the things of San Diego. San Diego is a real city while Houston is a gigantic suburb. All things considered, San Diego is a better value if someone can afford it.
