wow, finally got my bench press form down, actually hit my chest and went up, makes things so much easier...raised my bench by 10.

Another great workout day, I'm getting a lot bigger holy chit, gained 10 pounds, I know it's not muscle but it feels good filling my clothes back up. Used gloves for the first time ever and boy did they help my bench press...although everything else was a no no. But shoulder shrugs really fked me up and my forearms are weak aas fkk, my forearms are numb as hell, and shoulder shrugs limited my military press movement, but I know it will get better.

Fail day, but two rest days saturday and sunday, ima use those to make up for today. Played 5 games of full court basketball, haven't done cardio or any sport in months. Only did bench press and tricep pull down today. Gonna finish phase 2 workout 2 tmrw...dissapointed in myself.

finished phase 2 today, moving on to phase three, good lord, all I lift now are plates breh, feels good to move up from amatuer, I see why this workout is so popular.

been on phase 3 this week, omg it's crazy but I love the focus on one group of muscles. Amazing leg day today, officially at 150 pounds. 3 day splits now.

Here are my improvements since I've started 6 weeks ago.

Bench Press:
95 - 175

Squat:
95 - 200

Bent Over Row:
75 - 170

Military Press:
45 - 115

Bicep Curl:
45 - 95

Feels great, amazing improvement, more energy, overall positive morale!
