wow, finally got my bench press form down, actually hit my chest and went up, makes things so much easier...raised my bench by 10.
Another great workout day, I'm getting a lot bigger holy chit, gained 10 pounds, I know it's not muscle but it feels good filling my clothes back up. Used gloves for the first time ever and boy did they help my bench press...although everything else was a no no. But shoulder shrugs really fked me up and my forearms are weak aas fkk, my forearms are numb as hell, and shoulder shrugs limited my military press movement, but I know it will get better.
