Can't be JUST cheap housing. It's cheap housing in Iowa and Indiana but people aren't moving there at the same speed as the Sun Belt. It's lifestyle driven as much as economics driven.

Thats all it is. lol @ weather these sunbelt states been having the same weather for the last 300 years these mfers want a low COL

Me either. It’s still Texas, Dallas was pretty blah to me, the suburbs seven more so, and it’s hot AF 9-10 months/year.
Too rough for them.

stops when they take away the advantages of moving there and cost of living catches up. this criss cross national migration is a temporary fix for a serious issue.
also culture and resources. some people are working remote...Good point
I personally hate Mississippi but alot of people who went to school out there seem to have loved it. Maybe they know something I don’tGood point
