These amusement parks need more regulations…

I always gotten on coasters but shyt like this was always in the back of my mind.

This job cannot continue being a “summer teen” job it should be adults and there should be double or triple checks before a ride is deployed. Also, pay these folks adequately not minimum wage and park passes they’re maintaining safety and none of that happy go lucky shyt they need to be laser focused.

That makes me sad. Especially being a parent.

when you look at it though. It’s generally kids operating these rides and performing the checks. Some parks are more sophisticated where the rides won’t function until the belts are secured past a certain point. Obviously not the case here and the negligence is just crazy.

Yeah, that's nowhere near locked position.

I could see on one of the vids that he appears to be trying to pull it down further but it's not moving

I think his size was not right for the harness to come all the way down and they shouldn't have allowed him on the ride and should've noticed the harness is not in secure position and got him off the ride prior to starting it

The ride should also have belts as a back up system Incase the primary fails

It's definitely their fault

RiP this is really horrible

Rip to that guy .

Scary stuff
Personally I love roller coasters and go to six flags every month . The straight drop downs do nothing for me And I don’t go on them
I like fast twist , turns and loops . When I go it’s during the week so there aren’t kids working the rides .
