Ive never seen a ride like that . Those shoulder restraints are like a zip tie . The only get tighter unless the ride is over or the crew person adjusts it

I don’t ride those type of rides but I think Fiesta is the only park where I got on all or most of the rides . I had a Four Loko and didn’t give a Fucc . Screaming with the hands up and all lol

Looks like his restraint device wasn't secured. He may have unfastened it. Usually the ride manager comes around and check them before the ride.
