If the nation truly wanted to end the conditions in our ghettos they could simply create programs and incentives for these unskilled men.
They could stop the war on black men....I mean drugs...
They could pass laws and bills to nip the problem in the bud where it starts, at home. Hold these parents who don't know where their kids are responsible. There should be a law where parents face jail time for neglect in many cases where minors get in trouble.
They could give the power back to parents to control their kids. Bring that healthy degree of fear of ass whipping back. And have large institutions available to handle kids that parents can't, boot camp style.
They could make gangs on the street a thing of the past in a matter of weeks. Don't ask how...you don't want to know.
If anything, our government should face a gigantic class lawsuit and have to pay every citizen guap for allowing us to live in squalor, violence, or jobless states.

Any age is too young to die...and I'm sure there are any number of unfortunate contributing factors that lead up to him being in the lifestyle that he was in, but at 14 this boy was no saint. I won't speak to whether or not he deserved death...but what did anyone expect would happen considering the lifestyle.
