Actually I was.. I had a late birthday and so I was still 16 when I started college... but thats another story.
Most likely if he was in DR at birth and came over at 6 then the system probably threw him Kindergarten.. so from day 1 he's a year behind .. then he probably got left back once... so now he's 2 years behind and depending on his birthday.. he's 14 in the 7th grade..
